Aged in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for 1 year, then transferred into a Maple extract (ex bourbon) barrel. Wonderful maple notes on the nose, fig, Werther's candy, fudge. Caramel and maple notes really shine. Light coffee. Fruit leather.
