We’re really in love with this IPA. We brewed it with lots of German Vienna and Pilsner malts, and hopped it with Mosaic, Strata, and Cascade. ⁣⁣It has beautiful notes of grilled oranges, ripe papaya, our favourite tropical trail mix, early kumquat experiences, layers of dry malt flavors, and some homemade apple strudel. ⁣
