This yeast forward brew has plenty of banana, cloves, and bubblegum flavors and aromas, from the yeast strain we selected. The malt profile gives dark fruit flavours reminiscent of plums and raisons. The spicy and bitterness from the Sterling hops works with the sweetness of malt, to provide a nicely balanced beer.
