This saison/wit bier hybrid using malted and torrified wheat in the grain bill, with a pinch of spelt and rye for a complex dry, and nutty character. Spiced with orange, coriander, and kaffir lime leaves in the whirlpool and hopped with Halltertau Mittlefruh, Amarillo, and Centennial, this beer has an aromatic floral and citrus orange flavour, with a dry and spicy finish.
