8.94% ABV. Recovered from multiple Sahale, LaTache & Carpe Diem Manana brews. Initially ages in two upright brandy barrels called Newman & Fonda in 9.2016, figs and plum addition followed in October. Some of the beer in this blend was brewed as far back as 8.2015! In 5.2017, the beer was transferred to Jeffery, a 5th use brewery barrel.Two months later we added 4 flats of raspberries and aged the beer until we bottled it in 1.2018. Due to the upright barrels, relative age of the beer, and the fruit additions this is a very sour beer indeed.
