Golden Raspberry | 2021 Harvest

Blend of traditionally brewed spontaneously fermented beers across three brewing seasons, with the oldest portion brewed in the Fall of 2018. One portion of this blend was brewed to a higher gravity and another portion was aged in a cognac cask. In early October, we received our harvest of beautifully ripe Anne Golden Raspberries, which were added immediately to oak with the blend at a rate of over 3.5 lbs per gallon. At bottling, this blend had an average age of 35 months and has been conditioning since its bottling in 2022. Pours a bright yellow with aromatics of fresh, ripe raspberries, a stonefruit complexity and a touch of orange cognac flavor supported by lemon sherbet and fruit leather​.
