A collaboration with our friends St. Errant Brewing couldn't be normal, so unlike almost all traditional beer, this DIPA is not boiled prior to fermentation. This allows for more proteins to reach the final beer, which results in ax extra lush and silky mouthfeel. Double dry-hopped with Citra cryo, Mosaic cryo, Amarillo cryo, and some Galaxy for good measure, expect huge tropical and citrusy hop flavor and aroma. HUUUGE!!
