El Mono Bolas (the Monkey’s Balls) is our easy drinking, gateway beer. Use of a traditional Kolsch yeast kick starts the tastebuds with a mild, zesty flavour that sits well with the sweet pilsner malt then finishes with a dry, peppery bitterness thanks to 100% Kazbek hops.
