A tart and refreshing German wheat ale which is brewed with a blend of German wheat and pilsner malts and conditioned on a variety of fruits. This beer presents a harmony between traditional yeast and lactobacillus which compliments the fruit flavor and adds complexity to the finish while balancing the acidity. This creates a very drinkable experience, enjoyed all year round. This iteration is conditioned on raspberries and locally grown haskaps. Our most popular iteration!
