Brewed in the style of a Belgian single or "Enkel", the beer that the brewers (monks) would consume daily after a hard days choring.A warmer ferment allows the yeasty esters to mingle with the additions of honey and dried orange peel, while a pale barley and wheat malt bill leaves the beer light and dry. There is a prickly acidity and floral flourish on the finish.
