American Wild Ale fermented with a blend of cultured yeast, wild yeast, and our house sour culture in an open top wine barrel with cherry puree, then refermented and conditioned in a wine barrel for 6 months with over 2lbs per gallon of whole Balaton cherries. Sour, funky, and packed with cherry character.
