This special batch is a tribute to those wizards that live in the far north!Imperial Butterbear was made with Hawaiian Kiawe blossom honey and aged in a Distillery 291 bourbon barrel for 10 months. These small barrels have a greater ratio of surface area giving more barrel character. We added just a touch of natural butterscotch to enhance the flavor.Kiawe blossom honey is a light colored honey with notes of tropical fruit, butterscotch, and the barrel provides vanilla, brown sugar, and oak.
