You know we love imperial stouts, and finally it is (night) time for us to release a new one.Bring On The Night is a straight up imperial stout with no adjuncts, all the flavor is from the complex malt base and a clean fermentation process.Clocking in at 12% ABV and goes down super smooth with classical notes of coffee, licorice, chocolate and a medium/low roastyness.Enjoyed as is, or with ice cream or a nice piece of chocolate.Name inspired by the fantastic song by The Police ?”Bring on the nightI couldn't stand another hour of daylight”
