Hop College is our West Coast Double IPA series that uses a single hand selected hop throughout the whole brewing process. First in the series is the best hop to come out in the last ten years, Mosaic. Formally known as "HBC369," Mosaic was first introduced at the 2011 Craft Brewers Conference in San Francisco when the talented Brewers at Russian River showcased an IPA with this new hop. Years later, Mosaic has gone on to be one of the most sought after hops on the market, especially for West Coast IPAs. Hop College uses our hand selected lot of Mosaic and exhibits heavy notes of young pineapple and blueberry with a touch of mango and dank.
