Augustowski Barrel Age is made from honeys collected in May and June, when the hives are filled with light, aromatic honey from the nectar of wildflowers and lime trees. After a fermentation and clarification stage lasting over 1,5 year. This mead was put into fresh oak barrels made of Hungarian oak for 6 months.
