The little one is aptly named to bring you our first iteration at a table beer. Without getting too in depth, a table beer is essentially a low ABV beverage that was quaffable. Designed to be light enough that you can drink a few yet robust enough to accompany a nice meal. We decided to keep things old school by utilizing our house souring culture to replicate the tartness commonly found in historical examples before isolating yeast cultures was a thing. With a mild acidity and funk from our house souring culture, a balanced malt backbone thanks to plenty of wheat and rye, and a hint of citrus and spice from the hops and yeast this one is deep with flavour for a 3.5% beer.
