We used lallemand's lactobacillus helveticus to sour the wort overnight in the kettle and proceeded to brew this beer with plenty of Galaxy and Strata hops, Whirlpool and DH additions only.Lots of pineapple and passion fruit on the nose as a result of 20g/l total hops as well as Verdant fermentation. The hazy juiciness from its appearance is definitely justified in the flavor with the the moderate sourness and some hints of sweetness in the flavor, tilting more towards the passion fruit side
