Wizard of Gose - Passionfruit

The passionfruit variant of our Wizard of Gose is refreshingly tart with big tropical aromas. After souring via our house strain of lactobacillus, this beer was conditioned on passionfruit to lend additonal tartness and sweetness. The further addition of sea salt helps balance the fruity flavours and add a delicious thirst-quenching finish.
