Bananamagnanimity introduces wild Thai bananas, a new ingredient that we will for sure be using in the future. This is a far more concentrated and pleasant banana flavor than the typical cavendish banana you find in every grocery store. Before the banana treatment, this beer was aged in Blanton's Bourbon and Thomas H Handy Rye Whiskey barrels for 19 months. To compliment the bananas we added 1 lb/bbl of Ugandan vanilla beans and a touch of Guatemalan cacao nibs. The result is unlike any banana beer we have done in the past. It has more of a bright tropical flavor that is more drinkable than some of our previous banana offerings.
