Life's Wheat is part of our ongoing experiments here at Brus. Taking what we have learned, from countless wheat beers and applying it i a slightly more traditional fashion. This beer has a slightly more hoppy backbone than some traditional wheat beers, but balanced very well by a slightly higher than normal finishing gravity.Through precise fermentation, We stressed the yeast in a very particular manner, to produce a lot of isoamyl acetate esters, which gives wheat beers their classic banana aroma.The beer also features a healthy dose of Mandarina Bavaria.We love wheat beers, and hope you do too!
