This lightly tart, gently sweet, light turquoise goodness is absolute heaven. Piled on top of our base of Berliner Weisse is coconut, pineapple, blue spirulina for color, and loads of shades of blue candy. It’s fluffy and milky and decadent. It has a nose of freshly grated coconut flakes and those hard marshmallows that you find in lucky cereals. We are getting flavors of pineapple dole whip, cotton candy soft serve, coconut cream and the milk that’s left in the sugary fruit cereal bowl.
