Vintage 2019 + 2020 Pear Perry Thorne performed so well in the Thorn + Flakey & Friends blend that the manufacturers decided to create a third conditioned perry in kegs. This is a single-variety perry, but for a richer flavor, 80% of the 2019 aged juice was mixed with fresh 2020 juice that was not fully fermented - leaving the perfect amount of sugar for natural conditioning in the keg, aka Pet Nat. Thorn Perry - Sparkling, mouth-watering with a medium kiwi-like sourness and some light astringency. Perfect to enjoy all evening long!
