Letos jsme na oslavu připravili německý pivní styl DOPPELBOCK. Jedná se o spodně kvašené polotmavé pivo s 7,5% alkoholu, které je založeno hlavně na složení sladů. Používá se velký poměr bavorského sladu spolu s karamelovým a výsledné pivo je tak v tělu výrazně hutné, chlebnaté, s lehkým karamelem.This year, we have brewed the German beer style DOPPELBOCK for the celebration. It is a bottom-fermented amber beer with 7.5% alcohol, which is mainly based on the composition of malts. A large proportion of bavarian malt is used together with caramel malt, and the resulting beer is significantly thick in body, bready, with light caramel. Bitterness is lower and mild thanks to the use of aromatic German hop varieties.
