Raspberry Beret

Determined to make a beer that tastes like a raspberry smoothie, we created this. Made with 60 litres of raspberries with a berliner weisse base then made silly. The lactose adds body and subtly balances with the tart flavour. This beer is fresh, tart, fruity (surprisingly) and joyous.
