Cabernet Franc (6.3%) This single barrel selection was originally brewed back in 2019. Starting with a base of locally sourced NYS Pilsner, Red Wheat, and Honey Malt, this beer was then transferred to French Oak to spend many months aging with our house culture. As we continue to explore ways to blur the lines between beer and wine with our "wine inspired" series, we found it only fitting to condition this single barrel on the lees of a regional favorite: Cabernet Franc. This offering is dry and effervescent with notes of strawberry, dried cranberries, raw honey, and sweet oak.
