Aged in a Bordeaux red wine barrel, this Belgian saison was brewed with Mandarina Bavaria hops and a dash of crushed coriander. It then spent extended time in the barrel along with Cabernet Sauvignon grape skins and two strains of wild yeast, giving it a funky nose and a hint of tartness.
