Clear blond beer, big creamy white head, stable, little adhesive. Some very small sediment floating around. Aroma: grains, yeast, hay, bit grassy, slight touch of citrus. MF: too much carbon, medium body. Taste: little sweet first, pretty yeasty, bitter hops, some dairy, citrus. Aftertaste: grains, cereal, barnyard, hay, little bitter.Brewed the first time when Mortsel became the name of "City". Now this beer is permanently available.
