Literally translated as old/new this beer is modern take on a traditional style of beer. This beer starts out with 3 base malts, fermented out with a blend of farmhouse yeast strains before being hopped with new world hop varieties. The yeast strains and hop varieties were selected to provide complementary tropical and phenolic notes. Bottle/keg conditioned - best consumed fresh.
