We can’t think of a better way to kick off Sac Beer Week than debuting a fresh Collab with one of our most admired neighbors, Flatland Brewing out of Elk Grove. A couple weeks back we hosted our pals from Flatland over to our brewhouse and we put together a very special collaboration.“Joined @ The Dip” is a West Coast IPA that was brewed using a novel technique known as “hop dipping!” This awesomely aromatic IPA also employs a variety of hop forms: Simcoe & Mosaic cryo, Citra incognito (think, Citra hop honey), as well Citra, HBC 586, and Mosaic hops in their typical forms. All of this should make for a delicious beer that we cannot wait to share with y’all!
