Batch 3 of Barrel Aged Side Streets starts with Northern Spy Apples and Orange Blossom Honey, our base Cyser was aged in an MGP sourced bourbon barrel for 12 months. Brazilian Planifolia vanilla and Vietnamese cinnamon round out this well balanced oak forward version of our apple pie inspired mead.
