Coalesce Solera #3

The Solera project continues with a Aberfeldy 18 year sherry butt being filled with Inertia Imperial stout. This was added to the base mix of Tripel and General Classification from the previous batches, adding a greater balance of roasted malt and caramelised sugar, leading to muted sherry notes, spice, a slightly tart sharpness and a tannin filled finish.
