Yellow Huffcap Perry (Islay Whisky Cask)

Описание

A vintage variety which makes a well bodied, full flavoured perry. The aroma is unusual & is a result of fermenting in an Islay whisky cask. It is a difficult pear as it has a poorkeeping quality & often rots on the tree.
