Meta Blueberry + Amburana

Описание

A blend of golden sour ales aged in neutral French oak red wine barrels for 18 months before being refermented on organic blueberries. We then finished the beer on Amburana wood with the intention of imparting complementary flavors of vanilla and pie spice. Bottle conditioned for five months.
