In our search for new flavours to create the perfect drinkeability, we present the 2nd edition of the Fruity Phoenix! We developed a Sour I.P.A. that’s not only as fruity as it gets (red fruit and jasmine), it also has a well balanced sour note. Through the use of mahleb (a spice created from cherry seeds) that sour is accompanied by wonderful hues of warm almonds!
