Summer is here and we are very happy to present you the sixth collaborative recipe in a row to celebrate five years of our small brewery.This time we traveled to one of our most beautiful Cycladic islands, where one of the first island microbreweries is located. The reason for the beautiful Santorini, one of the most famous travel destinations in the world and home of the Santorini microbrewery, Santorini Brewing Company.New beer called "Salty Donkey" and it's a delightful "Gose" with the use of salt and 4.6% ABV.So a new collaborative recipe with the historic microbrewery of Santorini and plenty of passion and love, "Salty Donkey", is waiting for you to discover it...
