The Berliner Weisse is a historical German Wheat ale originating from Berlin, Germany. It was so popular it was referred to as “Champagne of the North”. This refreshing, German wheat beer is low alcohol, and features a clean lactic tartness (lightly sour). This is complimented with light bready malt aromas. Traditionally served with raspberry or woodruff syrup.
