English style Imperial Stout, brewed with 15% crystal malts, Chocolate and Flaked Oats, fermented with Scottish yeast and aged for 3 months in american Bourbon barrels (Heaven & Hill).Well attenuated, medium body and dry finish, taste is rich of vanilla, oak and dark fruits, with a touch of milk chocolate and molasses in background.Bourbon flavors comes out quickly, and add complexity to this high alcool imperial stout.First beer of our "season series"!
