Traditional German Kolsch (with a Texas twist) in da haus.Carbon 14 is our first Kolsch ever. It was brewed with TexMalt Pilsner malt and was hopped ever so gently with Hallertau Mittelfruh and is a super low, drinkable ABV.It is dry, easy, super refreshing and extremely clean. This style is an ale, but is a great alternative to our lager if you’re feeling something light and quenching. So fresh and so clean, clean.
