Super limited New England Double IPA featuring Chinook hops from Michigan.Terroir matters when it comes to hop varieties. Traditionally, Chinook hops are grown in Washington State of the US and they are known to deliver a resinous and piney flavour. However, when grown in Michigan State, they express a completely different flavour profile with bright pineapple, grapefruit and resin notes.We were able to brew with this hop in our signature New England Double IPA base which really accentuates the rich body, bright tropical fruit flavours with a piney finish.
