Spontaneously fermented beer. Barn Robbers was barrel aged for 30 months, and blended with barrel-aged brett saison and subsequently conditioned in stainless steel for 6 months where it was dosed with peach puree and Citra spectrum to elevate the fruit character.Complex, funky, acidic, vinous, and fruity.
