Passion Fruit, Mango, And White Guava Berliner Weisse

A pilot batch of a 5.0% Passion Fruit, Mango and White Guava Berliner-style available in crowlers. This was brewed with a simple mix of Pilsner and wheat then racked into a single wine barrel to ferment with a mixed culture of yeast, brettanomyces and acid producing bacteria. We racked the beer into stainless and refermented on whole mango, white guava and passion fruit making the beer about 30% fruit by volume. The profile is tart, light and clean with a strong tropical passion fruit aroma, light perfumey guava rounded out by mango.
