Last year marked 10 years of Daisy Cutter Pale Ale. As part of the celebration, we took some Daisy Cutter into the Wyld Cove and let the microbes mix it up. Wyld Daisy is available tomorrow in our Curbside store and our Balmoral Beer Garden.⠀⠀A true expression of the original as seen through the lens of the cove, Wyld Daisy features aromas of dried grass, pine and citrus, with background pineapple and noticeable hop presence. It has a quick hit of acid up front with a smooth, fresh finish.⠀⠀We have now seen Daisy Doubled, Quadrupled, Fully Saturated and barrel-aged. Thank you always for supporting the brew.
