This Flemish Red Sour pays homage to the Lanterne Rouge, a title given to the rider who finishes last (but not least!) in the Tour de France. It's become an established part of the race's lore because it celebrates resilience and determination, highlighting that completing the Tour de France is as meaningful as crossing the finish line. The bier, a collaboration with Brouwerij De Brabandere, is an 80/20 blend of pure wood-aged bier balanced with sour cherry bier giving it floral and fruity aromas finishing with a soft sourness.Aged sour barrels were hand selected by the brewer. This bier is then blended with tart cherries to give it a fruity kiss that balances the sour bier
