Fruited sour brewed in collaboration with one of our favorite friends and brewers, Marius of mead magicians Marlobobo.Marius sent us his juiced Stevnsbaer cherries, known for their rich flavor. These were blended with blueberries and raspberries, a touch of salt and a final addition of vanilla.Compared to many of our fruited sours we wanted to let the berries shine brighter here and changed the ph in the beer to better give room for delicious sweeet berry notes.
