Truly a one of a kind beer brewed as a tribute to the Nigerian King of Keyboards, William Onyeabor. A warm stout with a ton of complex malt flavors accented with the coriander and bubblegum nose of our house Belgian yeast. We blended yams with our malt, added a healthy dose of Cola-Nut, Allspice and Vanilla bean, making this beer sweet up front with an extremely dry finish.
