Our friends at Bairds asked us to be the first in the UK to brew with their new 1823 heritage range of malts, so of course we jumped at the opportunity! The London Lager malt provides this beer with a clean, elegant malt profile. The Maris Otter Crystal gives this beer its distinctive color and a pronounced, clean caramel flavor. We brewed this beer with Mosaic, which is one of our favorite American hop varieties. Mosaic lends this beer rich aromas of mango, lemon, and blueberry.
