Canadian Wheat Lager

We brewed this beer using all Canadian malt, grain, hops and yeast to create a proudly Canadian Wheat Lager, best enjoyed while watching a tennis match!Barley and Wheat from the prairies, hops from Clear Valley near Collingwood and yeast from our friends at Escarpment Labs in Guelph all came together to make a lager that is unique and flavorful yet still crisp and easy drinking. We used all Wild Turkey hops which are an unchartered hop found growing in Ontario when Clear Valley was just getting their farm started. The unfiltered creation looks like a wheat beer but tastes like a lager.
