Enigma

Enigma is reminiscent of a Belgian wheat beer, but with stronger fruit notes. Enigma is full of fruit flavors; with notes of banana, mango, citrus, melon, red apple, and white grape, with subtle malty undertones and hints of bubblegum. The fruit flavours last long into the finish, fading slowly, but not disappearing behind the lingering malt character.This beer was brewed with a unique strain of yeast which releases thiols and gives the beer an especially bright, fruity character. The only hops used were added to the mash to increase the thiol precursors and create a flavour explosion!
