Our 2019 Christmas beer inspired by Head Brewer Andrew's favourite festive treat ginger molasses cookies. A robust and malty base provides strong notes of caramel, molasses and rum. Aged on fresh ginger root and oak chips for a spicy counterpoint. Rich and spicy, the perfect festive treat.
