Using the Wild Beer Co house-blend of 3 yeasts, this mixed ferment session IPA has equal parts hoppiness from the American C Hops and spicy fermentation notes. The malt sweetness and hops fruitiness balances the dry bitterness of the fermentation. The hop flavour is dominated with juicy orange citrus.
